Room code
If in the past customers had to wait for 24 hours or maybe longer to receive the room code, today everything has been resolved quickly through TA Portal (online booking software for Vinpearl agents). . Customers who book through the agent will receive a room code in 5 minutes, you can also use that code to call the hotel to check.
